September, 2005 - Mike will
be performing at a Hurricane Katrina benefit show with
Paulo Bettencourt on Friday, September 23rd. They're only
playing a couple of tunes, not a full set. If you're near
Hudson, Massachusetts, stop in! Doors open at 8 pm. Here

March, 2005 - Thanks to
everyone who nominated us! Mike and his band have been
nominated for an obscene amount of awards. Apparently,
we've
tied the record for nominations.

September, 2004 - Mike and
Jamie played the CD release party at The Magic Bag in
Ferndale on Friday, September 24th. It was a packed house,
even Kid Rock and Uncle Kracker were there to see their
buddy Jocaine. Kid Rock played with Jocaine's band at
the end of the night.
July, 2004 - In case you're
wondering what we've been doing... Live
show! Jamie and Mike will be playing with Seven
Mile Sun, wednesday, August 4th at 8 pm on The Lounge
Act, broadcast from the studios at WHFR.
Jamie and Mike also played a live show at the Detroit
Festival of the Arts on June 12. Mike is busy helping
to finish up 2 new CDs produced at several area studios,
including The Tempermill, Midwest Studios, The Loft, and
Mike's own Supertrash Studios in Novi.
April 26, 2004 - The
Syndicate made the nomination for an award at the Detroit
Music Awards, but did not win. Liz Larin won it,
because she wins every award that she is nominated for.
Thank you to everyone who voted for us and came to the
awards. Hey, at least we have this handy certificate
that shows that we were nominated!

We're on another CD
The Syndicate has a song on a CD distributed to 55,000 current and prospective students at the University of South Florida. The CDs will be distributed in June or July.

January, 2004 - The Syndicate
is featured in an article in Jam
Rag magazine. Jamie and Mike are currently seeking
a frontman for another project. If you are a frontman,
or know one, refer them to us through the contact section.
We are searching nationwide, so they need not be from
detroit.
December 3 , 2003 - We
have switched messageboard forums. We are now hosting
our forum at DetMusic.com, a detroit artist forum community.
The idea is to have detroit bands host their forums
at detmusic.com so that fans can discover other local
bands while visiting your personal forum. Go ahead.

your wall" and "13 days" last night on
"The lounge Act", hosted by Frank. After Mike's
live performance, Frank briefly interviewed him about

October 12 , 2003 - Check
